Substance for the neutralisation of styrene vapours in production plants.

Physical properties:

  • Vapour density – like water.

Ecosorb 206 is a water-soluble substance for the neutralisation of styrene vapours in production plants using polyester resins.

The absorber breaks down styrene into harmless compounds: benzoic acid, dicarboxylic acid benzene and intermediate compounds.

Ecosorb 206 should be dissolved in water in a ratio of 1:100 or 1:150.

The prepared solution is sprayed in the air using liquid atomisers.
